The Square Grouper Key West is looking for a PM lead line cook to join our team. Responsibilities would include setting up the hot line, ensuring all sauces and starches are cooked to specification, and communicating with the rest of the kitchen team about cooking and plating food. In time would be 3pm, and we would usually finish up cleaning the kitchen by 11:15 to 11:30.
We are looking for an organized & dependable individual who has experience in scratch and high volume kitchens.
