The Big Pine Rooster needs professional and responsible Kitchen Management and a Line Cook.
We are a popular local community restaurant that stays very busy serving great food that everyone loves. We have an amazing front of the house staff and a great, small kitchen staff as well. We have food you can be proud to serve and customers that are truly amazing.
When Covid hit many of our valued long term staff moved north and we have yet to replace some of them. We hate to be negative but enough is enough, we are tired of dishonest, unprofessional and toxic workers. We need real professionals, with high standards, that are proud of the work they do. We do not accept drug, alcohol or personality issues.
We are a drug free and abuse free workplace. Employees are treated with respect and open communication. We understand employment is a two way street, you do all you can for the restaurant and we will do all we can for you. Taking advantage on either side is unacceptable. Real pros will find a positive, enjoyable workplace, great opportunities and great pay. Promotion beyond AKM possible over time for an outstanding person.
