Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the center's operations, including staff supervision, program development, and budget management.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the center's growth and success.
- Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and training of center staff.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and Martin Luther Chapel to create a safe Christian learning environment.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on center activities.
Requirements and Director Qualifications:
- Director Credential with VPK certification - Will consider candidate in process of earning credentials
- Two years proven experience in managing an educational center or similar organization.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A love for Jesus and for teaching children the Christian Faith.
- Knowledge of educational best practices and curriculum development.
- Ability to educate and engage children of various ages.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
