We are seeking a Scale House Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Google Sheets and Excel (Will train), possess excellent English reading and writing skills, and be available to work Monday through Friday, with alternating Saturdays.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and record incoming and outgoing materials using digital scales and software systems.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory using Google Sheets and Excel.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but will train.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:45 PM
- Every other Saturday, 8:30 AM to 1:45 PM
