Currently seeking to hire a qualified Front Desk associate to join our guest-focused team.
The Front Desk associate is usually the first person that our guests come in contact with. This valued associate handles all stages of our guests reservation and is key in creating an enjoyable stay at our family owned resort.
Responsibilities:
Greets guests upon arrival
Checking guests into the resort and ensuring expectations are met
Checks guests out at the end of their stay
Responds to guest requests and relays information to other team members
Answers guest phone calls and responds to inquiries
Checks that each room has been adequately cleaned prior to guest checking in
Retrieves and responds to room reservation requests from computer
Ensures guests requests are satisfied
Informs other team members (housekeeping, maintenance) of special guest requests
Posts any submitted charges to guest account
Reviews all guest arrivals and departures, and communicates with Housekeeping
Assigns rooms to guests as needed for day reservations
Ensures that the front desk area is in a presentable manner
Assists guests with launching boat by unlocking the gate, answering questions, assigning dock space, and educating on coming and going through the channel
Maintains high standards of personal appearance and grooming
Treats other team members with respect
Maintains and ensures compliance of all policies and procedures
Hours Available: Full-Time, Part-Time, Variable
