Description:Perform Visual inspections on manufactured parts
use calipers, micrometers, height gages and other precision measuring equipmentPerforms assessment on various gas turbine components received for inspection by following written procedures, documents (blueprints, drawings, and specifications), and established practices Performs visual inspections as required
Performs NDT inspections as required (X-ray, FPI, ultrasonic, etc.)
Performs First Article Inspection Report inspections and maintains documentation
Interfaces with engineering and order execution regarding recommendations for work instruction and router improvementsSkills:quality control, inspector, inspection, calipers, micrometer, gauges, measuring tools, turbine, turbine engine components, blueprints, technical drawing, ndt, fpiTop Skills Details:quality control,inspectorAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Previous visual inspection experience

previous experience with in process and final inspections - working with blue prints and measuring tools.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education & Training
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Experience with interpretation of technical drawings or work instructions
Basic knowledge of MS Office programs, SAP, and time keeping applications
