Description Robert Half is partnering with a client in West Palm Beach, FL, to identify a qualified candidate for the position of Salesforce Lead Developer. As a Salesforce Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the creation of customized Salesforce applications and facilitating integrations with legacy systems. We are seeking a dynamic individual with the drive to lead a team of developers and testers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the successful implementation of tailored Salesforce solutions.Requirements Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, LWCs, Flows, Visualforce, Aura, metadata, process automation, batch jobs, and Salesforce communities.
Develop robust integrations between Salesforce and legacy applications in both synchronous and asynchronous modes.
Employ various integration tools and APIs such as MuleSoft, Boomi, and Salesforce API to facilitate seamless data exchange.
Implement stringent security controls, including authentication, authorization, encryption, data masking, logging, and monitoring, to safeguard data in transit and at rest.
Lead a team of on-site and offshore developers and testers throughout the entire development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Provide technical guidance and expertise as a Salesforce Lead Developer to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and prioritize development efforts accordingly.
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Showcase technical solutions through proof-of-concept demonstrations.
Maintain open communication with stakeholders, product owners, and team members, fostering collaboration between on-site and offshore teams.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage expectations effectively.
Actively participate in agile development ceremonies and contribute to team discussions.
