Description We are looking for a Senior Regulatory Analyst to join our team located in Juno Beach, Florida. This role is crucial within our organization, requiring coordination and compliance with regulatory requirements from the Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC). This position offers a contract with potential for permanent employment. Responsibilities: Ensure effective coordination and compliance with all FPSC rules, regulations, and requirements. Plan, prepare, and submit all filing requirements and responses in both docketed and non-docketed proceedings. Provide regulatory support and guidance on rules, regulations, and filings. Coordinate and prepare responses to state and federal regulatory or legislative actions and proposals. Participate in special studies and analysis concerning business unit operations and performance. Monitor and resolve issues related to the satisfactory and timely resolution of National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) safety variances. Provide guidance on regulatory matters within and outside the business unit. Develop and coordinate proposed Company strategies and responses for management and legal consideration. Coordinate budget preparation and monitor budget performance for the Director of Employee and Customer Support. Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications efficiently. Requirements Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proven experience in operations and planning Familiarity with procedures and compliance in a regulatory environment Expertise in planning processes and budget processes Experience in project management, including audit and supervision Financial acumen and understanding of finance-related principles Strong leadership skills with a proven track record Experience in onboarding new team members and staffing Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including filing and submission processes Engineering background or experience would be a plus Demonstrated ability to maintain regular attendance Experience working with suppliers and providing customer support Proven ability to resolve issues and perform variance analysis Knowledge of commission functions within a regulatory environment Willingness to work onsite as required Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
