Project Management Consultant

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Project Management Consultant. Based in Juno Beach, Florida, you will be working in a remote setting, providing assistance in the comprehensive management of assigned projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and safety objectives. You will be instrumental in supporting construction work executed by contractors and/or vendors at the project site.Responsibilities: Act as an intermediary with vendors, suppliers, regulatory bodies, local community leaders, and the organization. Oversee and manage the Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship process, requiring familiarity with labor compliance rules, specifically recent IRA regulations for PWA. Validate the completion of work according to design requirements and review contractor payment requests. Manage data entry systems for wage and payroll data, with a preference for proficiency in LCP Tracker or similar platforms. Coordinate safety programs, engineering, construction, budget analytics, and contract administration activities. Maintain vigilance on project productivity, schedule adherence, work quality, and safety performance. Assist in scope management, budget oversight, resolution of technical issues, performance reporting, scheduling, and work-in-progress. Ensure resource allocation is optimal and assess field status, resolving issues as required. Foster a culture of safety procedure compliance, lessons learned, corrective action, and appropriate work behaviors for employees and contractor staff. Interface with projects' designated management committee. Requirements Proficiency in Data Entry and Reporting is required. Strong analytical skills and understanding of Analytics is essential. Knowledge and experience in Compliance and Payment Processing is necessary. Familiarity with Budget Processes and Quality Assurance is needed. Experience in Scheduling and Project Management is a must. Ability to manage Vendors and understand Regulation is crucial. Capability to monitor and report on Progress and Productivity is required. Proficiency in handling Payroll Functions is needed. Background in Engineering and Construction is desirable. Experience dealing with Suppliers and ensuring Compliance is crucial. The role requires Oversight and the ability to handle Technical Issues. Understanding of Commission Functions is necessary. Ability to manage an Expense Account is important. Familiarity with Validation Plans and Corrective Action is needed. Experience in managing Wages is a must.
