Key Responsibilities:
Load Tracking: Monitor and track the progress of loads handled by third-party carriers and company drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
Load Coverage: Assist in covering loads by coordinating with carriers and drivers to find the best solutions for transportation needs.
Load Booking: Support the booking of loads by working closely with the brokerage team to match available loads with appropriate carriers.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, carriers, and customers to provide updates and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date for each load, including tracking reports and delivery confirmations.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any logistical challenges or delays that may occur, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the brokerage and dispatch teams to optimize load management and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of the trucking industry and logistics operations.
