Working Lead Man

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR OURS PLEASE! Looking for a WORKING lead foreman to construct Docks, bulkheads, Sea walls, boat houses, and install boat/PWC lifts over the water. This includes setting pilings by various methods (jetting, hammering ect), being able to conventionally frame hip roofs to various pitch. You have to be a great carpenter. This job requires a physically strong person and leadership ability. Experience being a part of and running crews effectively is essential. Must also have experience running a John Deere skid steer and JD 35G excavator. Must have 10 years of experience or greater. Must have a truck, hand tools, and valid drivers license. Must have references and proof of experience through an interview process. We are a small company and looking for someone long term to be an intricate part of the operation. Absolutely no drug use or heavy alcohol consumption. If you have a marijuana card; usage of the drug is not permitted before or during work hours. We work in St. Johns/Duval County area.
