Service Technician/Installer:
We are looking for an experienced carpenter or someone experienced in window, sliding glass door and entry door installation to support our installation teams.
A preferred candidate should be able or trained to:
Trouble shoot problems
Visit job sites
Re-glaze windows
Service Sliding Glass Doors
Inspect the project with customers for final product acceptance
Repair issues on jobs
Communicate with service manager, production manager on issues as they arise
Ensure you have materials for projects prior to job
Communicate effectively with customers before during and possibly after service.
Requirements:
Candidate must have experience with window and door installation and service or 2+ years of carpentry experience
Must have good customer service skills and can communicate well verbally and in writing
Must be organized and have good follow up skills and be computer literate
Experienced with framing and window trim out preferred
Must have a clean valid driving license.

Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office machinery.
Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as the telephone.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs without assistance
Must be able to lift 50+lbs with assistance.
Use of hand tools
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Required to travel to service sites daily.
