Embroidery Machine Operator
APS Promotional Solutions
We are looking for an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator. APS Promotional Solutions was established in 1991 and we have grown do to our consistent quality and customer service.
We are a fast growing company with a high-volume production environment seeking an experienced individual to operate our embroidery machines. We have nice new equipment and we maintain our equipment so it is easy on the operators to produce high quality professional embroidery.

Ability to grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Properly and efficiently hoop garments.
Load designs into the machine.
Operate embroidery machines with minimal oversight.
Ensure proper threading, tension, and quality control
Monitor the machine and identify and correct issues during operation.
Continuously monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily targets.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as an Embroidery Machine Operator or Embroidery Helper is REQUIRED.
Keen attention to detail and a strong eye for quality.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Must be able to Read, Write and Basic Speak English
