Skilled laborer/tradesman

looking to fill this position immediately, need a skilled tradesmen all phases of home renovation. Must have own tools, and reliable transportation. This is not a salaried position, but a per job payment. Must be able to provide written estimates with scope of work for approval. This is not a five day a week job, sometimes material is not available when the work is Must be available, when given notice about an upcoming job or project. Experience preferred.
