TB Landmark Construction, Inc. a local HDD/Utility Contractor is seeking: Shop Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Minimum Requirements: 3-5 years heavy equipment repair experience, valid driver's license with a clean MVR, available to work 5-6 days per week ( 40-60 hours), Capability of lifting heavy parts and frequent climbing and dismounting equipment, must be drug-free, safe and organized, must be trustworthy and able to work independently with adequate instruction, must be proficient in diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems, must own adequate quality tools and continue to improve tool inventory.
Duties Include: Diagnose and repair complaints of heavy equipment from end users, inspect machines for service readiness, identify potential problems, performance problems, worn-out wear items or unsafe conditions, perform scheduled maintenance as instructed, maintain work area and needed documents, assisting co-workers with tasks as needed.
Preferred Qualifications: Class A CDL, welding and fabrication experience, high voltage AC electrical experience, MVAC experience, heavy truck inspection and repair experience, willingness to work out of town for short periods.
