Job Description:
Helping others to achieve and maintain the highest quality standards by assisting others and overseeing everyone’s work throughout the day.
Work directly and closely with the owner to make sure all materials and pertinent information is provided and available to the team.
Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
Construct and assemble cabinet components, making sure that all pieces fit the dimensions specified by the owner and client.
Verify and double check all calculations to ensure alignment of doors, hinges, and side panels, always using blueprints or design plans for reference.
Clean and report any repairs needed for all equipment necessary for work.
Be exact in measurements and markings so that materials will be used efficiently, and the projects will meet budgetary restrictions.
Install the appropriate hardware and make known to office personnel to order replacement materials when needed.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Inspecting each item to ensure that it has been constructed accurately, and that the necessary finishes have been applied.
Wearing the proper attire when needed and taking necessary precautions to remain safe.
Assist in receiving/inspecting deliveries and inform office personnel of any issues that need attention.
Assist in loading/unloading of products/installation tools at Shop and Jobsites when needed.
Assist in installation of cabinetry when needed.
Utilize T-Sheets app to manage proper Job/Time log in/log out for tracking paid hours and Job cost analysis.
Job Requirements
Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Strong knowledge in construction as well as cabinetry specifically.
Ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing workmanship.
Able to work (sometimes) under a stressful time restraint environment
Physical fitness, including ease of movement and the capacity to lift up to 75 pounds.
Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm.
Salary: $20-$22 Starting pay with plenty of room to advance
