Jacksonville Beach senior community seeking a trained, organized, self-starter as a full-time Maintenance Tech for our apartment community. Candidate should be a team player, able to communicate clearly, follow procedures and interact with older adults. Candidate should have knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other mechanical systems and practice proper safety guidelines. Job requires frequent bending, standing, lifting and use of step stool and ladder.
Fully paid benefits including health insurance, retirement, vacation and holidays. FT, M-F, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM with additional rotating on-call hours, reliable transportation.
