We are looking for EXPERIENCED artificial turf installers to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in installing and repairing a variety of turf products in both residential and commercial settings. We are looking for someone who is hard working, strong, physically fit and possess great work ethic and attitude. This position is responsible for ensuring that all synthetic turf installations and repairs are completed within a timely and accurate manner. You will be expected to provide excellent installation service and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Position Responsibilities:
- Install and repair artificial turf (according to spec) for both commercial and residential properties
- Each morning, you will be responsible for meeting with your crew leader to get organized for the day i.e. ensuring all truck(s) and trailer(s) are loaded with the necessary products, equipment, and tools
- Safely unload and stage materials at job site
- Lift 100+ lbs. with no limitations
- Daily use of power tools, hand tools, and equipment such as: power broom, forklift, muck truck, air compressor, compactor, yard boss, water roller, skid steer and pressure washer.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
