Position: Experienced Skilled Professional Painter
Responsibilities:
-Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces of residential properties
-Execute minor repairs and surface preparation before painting
-Ensure accurate mixing and application of paints and coatings
-Safeguard furniture, floors, and fixtures during the painting process
-Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and deliver exceptional results
-Maintain a clean and organized work area
-Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Skilled Professional Painter
-Strong knowledge of advanced painting techniques and tools
-Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
-Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
-Strong Work Ethic
-All standard tools and equipment to perform all standard interior and exterior painting job. This includes ladders of various heights, rolling frames, brushes, etc.
-Reliable transportation to bring tools and equipment to and from jobs each day.
Having your own sprayer and pressure washer is strongly preferred.
