Experienced Residential Trim Carpenters & Stair Installers
Reynolds Trim Co. is the Northeast Florida leader for high-end residential and custom trim carpentry. We are currently seeking highly-qualified carpenters & stair installers for high-end residential interior finish carpentry, to include all mouldings, window and door trim, interior & exterior door installation, stair cases and railings, built-ins, custom cabinetry and closets. Ability to relate and communicate to builder superintendents and homeowners is a plus.
Qualifications and Skills
5+ years of interior finish carpentry experience
Valid DL and personally-owned, reliable vehicle-no exceptions (truck or van a plus)
Own hand tools and basic power tools
Work cooperatively and effectively with other carpenters, helpers, supervisors, and clients
Lead and effectively utilize helpers and other workers as assigned
Understand and effectively utilize job documents: specifications, plans, drawings, etc.
Ensure the highest level of quality, customer service, and safety at all times
Pay & Benefits
Hourly wages based on productivity level; overtime paid for hours over 40 in a given week
401k and profit sharing available to employees after the first year
