QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in FDOT, private, commercial, and municipal projects.
Must have knowledge of ADA compliance, FDOT specifications, standards, and details.
Excellent organizational, computer, and communication skills.
Detail oriented and problem-solving skills.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the asphalt field.
Microsoft office skills are required.
Ability to provide accurate project evaluations.
Job Description:
Develop and maintain positive relationships with owners, contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers.
Attend pre-bid meetings and make site visits to gain project knowledge.
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs.
Prepare construction estimates.
Contract negotiations, revisions, and contract compliance.
Meet with clients to discuss quality control, extra work authorizations, schedules, and invoicing.
Manage actions that are necessary due to delays, bad weather, or emergencies on the jobsites.
Verifying permits or any other regulatory compliance.
JOB DETAILS:

Full time position: Monday through Friday and occasional weekends.
