PeopleReady Skilled Trades is currently seeking commercial carpenters for a project located in Lee, FL
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Light Gauge Metal Framing (Interior)
- Blocking for bath accessories
- Drywall repair - including hanging and finishing
- Acoustic Ceiling Installation
- Duties will vary on scope of work for the day and other carpentry duties may be needed as they arise
- FULL PPE & CARPENTRY TOOL SET REQUIRED: Including cordless drill and sawzall (reciprocating saw)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Be at least 18+ years of age
- 2+ years of verifiable carpenter experience
- Own tools and ability to bring them to the jobsite with you each day
- Proficiency with industry hand and power tools, including saws
- Basic math skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prior experience in the commercial field preferred
- Position may require a drug screen
