1 HARDWARE RECERTIFICATION SPECIALIST

Role Type: Full-Time

Location: Emerson Street, Jacksonville, FL 32207

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hourly Wage: $15.00 – $18.00 (based on experience)

1.1 ABOUT THE ROLE

Auditmacs is seeking Hardware Recertification Specialists to join our IT Asset Management team at our centrally located Jacksonville facility. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for testing, diagnosing, cleaning, and preparing returned or decommissioned IT hardware for redeployment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys technical troubleshooting, attention to detail, and working in a process-driven environment.

1.2 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Evaluate returned and decommissioned IT hardware (laptops, desktops, tablets, etc.) for reuse, resale, or recycling

Run diagnostic and hardware testing utilities to assess device functionality

Clean and reset devices to company standards, including data wiping and reimaging

Document test results and hardware status in asset management systems

Assist in the repair and replacement of defective or worn parts (RAM, hard drives, batteries, etc.)

Ensure proper labeling and categorization of devices by condition and recertification status

Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and inventory areas

Support physical inventory and assist in inventory audits as needed

1.3 PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Basic knowledge of PC and laptop hardware components, along with mobile devices; Tablets, phones, etc.

Working knowledge of mobile device platforms (iOS, Android, Windows)

Experience with diagnostic tools and data erasure software (e.g., Blancco, DBAN) is a plus

Exposure to IT service management (ITSM) tools or ticketing systems

Ability to follow written procedures and documentation protocols

2 ITAM TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Role Type: Full-Time

Auditmacs is seeking ITAM Technical Support Specialists to join our IT Asset Management team at our centrally located Jacksonville facility. You'll gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level hardware and software deployments, device lifecycle workflows, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced, professional environment.

2.2 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support for end-user hardware including laptops, tablets, smartphones, and peripheral devices

Configure and stage devices according to standardized deployment procedures

Coordinate device replacement, repair, and warranty processing

Monitor and manage open service tickets to meet internal/external SLAs

Manage wireless/mobile devices across carrier portals (e.g., Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile)

Perform shipping and receiving tasks for incoming and outgoing IT assets

Maintain inventory accuracy and control using asset tracking tools

Support physical inventory audits and general ITAM warehouse upkeep

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth deployment operations

2.3 PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Working knowledge of mobile device platforms (iOS, Android, Windows)

Familiarity with major OEM hardware (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple, etc.)

Exposure to IT service management (ITSM) tools or ticketing systems

3 IT ASSET MANAGEMENT INVENTORY SPECIALIST

3.1 ABOUT THE ROLE

Auditmacs is seeking an IT Asset Management (ITAM) Inventory Specialist to support our asset lifecycle management operations. In this role, you will ensure accurate tracking, auditing, and reporting of IT assets across their lifecycle—from receipt and storage to deployment, return, and retirement. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across departments to maintain data integrity within our asset management systems.

3.2 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive and log IT equipment including laptops, monitors, peripherals, and accessories into asset tracking systems

Ensure all assets are properly tagged, labeled, and categorized upon intake

Maintain detailed and accurate inventory records throughout the asset lifecycle

Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile against system records

Support internal and client audits by providing documentation and reporting as needed

Assist with staging, organizing, and preparing equipment for deployment or shipment

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for inventory requests and asset status updates

Ensure compliance with ITAM policies and procedures, including asset security and chain of custody

3.3 PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience with asset tracking tools or inventory management software

Familiarity with IT hardware and peripherals

Understanding of IT asset lifecycle stages and ITAM best practices

Strong data entry and record-keeping skills

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Office and warehouse setting with a mix of desk work and hands-on activity

Frequent use of barcode scanners, handheld devices, and spreadsheets

Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
