Providential Roofing and Construction is currently hiring for a full-time Roofing Sales Rep to join our team in the Jacksonville, Florida area. This direct sales position earns a competitive uncapped commission. Some of the best commission splits in the industry.

Duties:
· Run appointments.
· Network and build relationships to expand business with new clients/ canvass.
· Generate sales by completing prospecting and marketing activities set forth by management. Prepare and execute a daily sales plan
· This will require the ability to climb a ladder, be up on roofs daily
· Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing clients.
DAY-TO-DAY
This full-time direct sales position works a typical weekday schedule with occasional weekends.
As a Roofing Sales Rep, you achieve goals by helping property owners invest in quality roofing systems. You find success in achieving the budgeted levels of revenue and profitability while providing quality customer service.

REQUIREMENTS
· 2+ years of experience in direct sales (preferred not required, will train the right person)
· Experience with direct outreach such as telemarketing and canvassing is a plus
· Proficiency in CRM software, G-Suite, Office 365, and Zoom is a plus
· High school diploma or equivalent certificate
· Ability to lift over 50lbs
· Ability to walk on roofs, get in crawl spaces, and work in all types of weather.
