Morgan Exteriors sells and installs the highest-quality impact windows, doors, Vinyl and Hardie board siding. As we continue to expand, we are looking for HIGH PREFORMING Outside Field Marketers to help perfect our customer’s experience in upgrading their homes.
Responsibilities:
-Engaging in generating highly qualified leads by engaging in door-to-door canvassing. While doing so, the canvasser is responsible for recording accurate data regarding the information of prospective customers and the targeted market area.
-Attend company meetings as required.
-Train on product information and current promotional offerings.
-Work independently at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism.
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or equivalent required.
-Strong verbal communication skills.
-Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
-Physically able to stand and walk for long periods.
- Reliable transportation
This position earns commission in addition to base pay.
THE COMMISSION IS 8% plus hourly and mileage reimbursement.

The commission alone is 8% of the net sale
Our average sale is $25,000 x 8% = $2000.00 in commission and you do not have to sell the job all you have to do is get the appointments our trained sales professionals run the appointments and make the sales.
