Trailblazing Canvassers is a well-established, 25-year-old company with a rich history of successful campaigns. We are currently working on a critical voter contact project in Florida’s 6th Congressional District on behalf of Josh Weil, a congressional candidate. We need dedicated, reliable canvassers to help educate voters about Josh Weil and gather valuable data for the campaign.
Job Overview:
This is a temporary position, lasting from January 31 until April 1, 2025. Full-time and part-time positions are available. You will be responsible for door-knocking, engaging with voters, handing out literature, and collecting data on voter interest. This role offers excellent training and full support from a dedicated supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Knock on doors to speak with voters about Josh Weil's candidacy.
Distribute campaign literature at voter residences.
Collect data on voter sentiment towards the candidate.
Report to the office with daily updates on door counts and completed conversations.
Shifts & Pay:
Shifts are 7 hours long with 1 hour unpaid for lunch (Monday - Sunday, 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM).
Full-time pay: $25/hour (must work 4+ shifts/week).
Part-time pay: $20/hour (fewer than 4 shifts/week).
Weekend availability is required, with extra $25 awarded for working both Saturday and Sunday.
Top-performing canvassers may receive up to $50 in gift cards as a reward.
Requirements:
Must be able to engage confidently with the public.
Must have a cell phone for communication and data reporting.
Ability to follow training and supervisor instructions.
Must be prepared for door-to-door canvassing (walking, standing, etc.).
Training & Support:
You will receive comprehensive training to ensure you understand the campaign’s objectives and strategies. Supervisors will provide daily support and guidance.

Follow all house rules regarding behavior and appearance.
Misrepresentation of any kind, especially related to official documents, will result in immediate termination.
Breaks and smoking will be regulated; follow designated guidelines.
