Seeking motivated, outgoing, team-oriented individuals to perform the critical task of providing monitoring of alarm, video, medical alert, perimeter, and fire systems to residential and commercial customers throughout Florida and Georgia.
This requires excellent telephone presence, computer literacy, and multitasking. Operators answer phone calls, and emails, as well as make phone calls to customers, first responders, and other agencies.
Individuals must have the ability to create accurate activity logs of all events, calls, and dispatches. Accuracy is extremely important!

2nd shifts (3 pm-11 pm) are available
Starting pay is $14.00 per hour plus shift differential increase after 90 days
