We are seeking experienced and dedicated Security Guards to join our team for an upcoming golf tournament. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of players, spectators, and staff throughout the event.
Responsibilities:
Provide access control at designated entrances, verifying credentials and tickets as necessary.
Monitor spectator behavior and enforce tournament rules and regulations.
Patrol assigned areas to deter theft, vandalism, or other security threats.
Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical incidents or disturbances.
Maintain communication with other security personnel and event organizers via radio or other means.
Conduct surveillance using CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity.
Assist with crowd management and traffic control as needed.
Provide excellent customer service to tournament attendees, answering questions and providing assistance when required.
Qualifications:
Must possess a valid Class D security license.
Previous experience as a security guard, preferably in a large event or tournament setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
