Position Qualifications:
Licensed Mortgage Loan Officers with a minimum of 2 years of current industry experience (State of Minnesota and/or Florida).
Excellent communication and phone skills.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to business development.
Experience closing phone-based leads.
Responsibilities:
Proactively prospect for referral partners and new clients.
Ensure a seamless application process for clients.
Provide ongoing updates and support throughout the loan process.
Manage all aspects of the borrowing relationship, including loan closings and customer communication.
Stay informed about industry products and developments to maintain a competitive advantage.
Adhere to compliance procedures and regulations.
Essential Job Functions:

Position Summary:
The Self-Gen Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for proactively soliciting new residential mortgages and selling EZ Mortgage .Store products to meet established goals. This role involves identifying and maintaining quality business relationships, compiling and analyzing loan data, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a quality network of business relationships.
Compile and analyze data for loan requests.
Outline loan terms and conditions for borrowers.
Screen loan requests and order necessary documentation.
Prepare loan packages according to company standards.
Provide reports on loan status and marketing strategies.
Handle inquiries and resolve customer complaints.
Qualifications:
Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
Strong understanding of mortgage lending operations and regulations.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and meet established goals.
