Job Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls, emails, and customer service inquiries professionally.
Maintain an organized and efficient office space.
Oversee and support office employees, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Utilize office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and printers, and be willing to learn new business software.
Perform basic math calculations.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
Assisting with recruiting, and filling job orders for customers.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bilingual (English & Spanish preferred).
Proficiency in basic office software (Word, Excel, email, printers).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated and quick learner.
Reliable and punctual—consistent attendance is a must.
