Office/Marketing assistant manager role:
I. BUSINESS Division (Orange Park location): initially will be answering overflow calls only. Focus will be on quotes and proposals in excel, entering new skus into Valor inventory, sending out virtual terminal invoices, keeping up with calendars in outlook of division wide for tech representatives and sales agents, occasionally setting appointments from prospects request, greet visitors to the office, download and upload websites, MACDs inventory in woo commerce shopping cart webpages, gather pricing in a competitive bid format from vendors and helping in developing advertising, marketing, website, employee training, new technologies and educational materials and media. Background in any of the following important: lighting, video/camera installation, telecom, merchant services and/or point of sale solutions. Working knowledge of CX, CCSaaS, CC Solutions, MX Merchant, POE, SAAS, a Plus. Hours are 10am – 6pm M,T,Th,Fr & 8am to 4pm on Wednesday with a minute Lunch either 11:00am to 11:30am or 1:30pm to 2:00pm daily. Looking for a possible March 10th start. $15.00 per hour to start to $18 per hour after 90-day review.
