Double A is hiring a Promotional Marketing and Advertising Specialist Motivated and enthusiastic person with solid work ethics individual to join their office team. This position prefers a college degree in Advertising, management, or Marketing, but experience is just as good. This position will have some limited training. It will require communication daily with the managing partners and other employees to ensure promotional roles are handled such as thank you letters and phone calls, option sales calls, taking videos and pictures at jobsites and compiling them for advertising. Maintaining posts and able to create flyers and advertising posts. Must know how to use Canva or other for editing.

THIS IS NOT A WORK FROM HOME POSITION
6353 Greenland Road Jacksonville 32258 is where you will report to each day
Most days the hours will be Monday to Friday from 10:30AM-7:30PM with scheduled breaks and or lunches. Some overtime is allowed on occasion or required as needed to keep up with the workload. Most Fridays off early.
Must be able to easily navigate and iPhone, iPad and computer applications like Outlook, Word and Excel.
Must pay attention to details
Must know basic math and how to spell, read and write English properly
Bilingual Spanish and English is a huge plus
Quick books online experience is preferred.
