(Real Estate knowledge and an LLM are bonuses.) You have experience in practicing General Business and Estate Planning Law. (Real Estate Law is a bonus.)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring cases are handled efficiently from inception through to closing.

Oversee all aspects of case handling, including independent decision-making on a case-by-case basis.

Conduct daily consultations with clients.

Meeting with and advising with business owners.

Drafting and revising transactional documents

Perform regular reviews with estate planning clients to ensure they have a good understanding of their EP docs before signing and their plans are up to date.

Participate in real estate closings when required, offering legal insight and support.

Develop strategic approaches to legal matters and offer leadership and direction to paralegals and legal assistants.

Foster teamwork and collaboration with colleagues at all levels of experience.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients of the firm.

Thoroughly analyze case-specific legal issues, review documentation, and provide comprehensive advice.

Stay up to date with legal trends and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.

Must actively participate in networking events relevant to the firm’s practice areas.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Must be available to work in the office Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Must have an active license to practice law in the State of Florida.

Must demonstrate strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.

Must be dependable, trustworthy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality with all client information.

Must be a positive, high-energy team player who is focused on delivering results—No Drama!

Must have a passion for personal growth and professional development, as well as interests and goals outside of work.

Must be willing to take initiative and demonstrate leadership within the firm.
