Crew Requirements:
Proven Experience: Your crew must demonstrate a strong track record and expertise in all listed roofing types.
Communication: At least one member of your crew must be able to communicate effectively in English.
Legal Work Authorization: All members of your crew must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This includes:
United States Citizens
Individuals with valid Work Authorizations
Permanent Residents (Green Card holders)
E-Verify Compliance: We are an E-Verify employer. All crew members will be run through the E-Verify system to confirm legal work eligibility.
Commitment to Safety: Safety is our top priority. All crew members are REQUIRED to be tied off and harnessed at all times while on the roof. Non-negotiable.
Compensation:
Paid Per Square: Competitive per-square rates ensure you are compensated fairly for your efficient and quality work.
