We are seeking a highly motivated Painter that has experience with small body work repair and spraying paint out of a paint gun (small touch ups). This role is pivotal in driving production and growth, and we are looking for an employee that has a good work ethic, works fast, and takes pride in their work!
Job Description: As a Moto Electric Vehicles’ painter, you will work alongside our shop manager to repair any small paint scratches that occurred during the assembly process. Most touch ups are under 3 ounces. Having the ability to repair and fix the golf carts prior to painting is essential. Body Filler and all paint materials are provided by the company. This is a labor based position that does not require the employee to buy any equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
The following are the key responsibilities of a Moto Electric Vehicles’ Mechanic:
The Ability to evaluate the Golf Cart or Electric Shuttle to ensure a complete paint repair can be made. After the repair is made, the golf cart must be in show room condition.
Manage several paint projects at one time to ensure max production is achieved daily.
Manage Paint Supplies in an effective and orderly manner which will result in lack of waste.
Qualifications:
Over 2 Years Experience with Body Work Using Body Filler
Over 2 Years Experience with Painting Automobiles, Golf Carts, UTVs, etc
The knowledge w/ Mixing Single Stage Paints with Hardner and Reducer
