Requirements for employment are a good driving record, dependable transportation to and from the shop daily, being a trustworthy and dependable human being, good with managing employees on site, attention to detail, among other things. This position is for but not limited to large and small commercial lawn maintenance in the clay county area. Commercial properties are HOA common grounds, businesses, condo complexes, etc, with property size ranging from all dayers to 10 minute bangers and everything in between .
