We have a growing residential rental company and looking for someone to manage the maintenance and yard/ landscape work.
General requirements:
-Ability to manage your own schedule.
-Adaptable and able to change plans if there are maintenance issues that must be taken care of.
-Some knowledge of plumbing, AC and electricity to address minor issues is helpful but not required.
- Must have your own transportation and a valid license.
