Looking for an HVAC-certified maintenance tech to work on an apartment in the Jacksonville area.
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay Rate starts at $20/hr - PAID WEEKLY
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair AC units
Turning vacant units
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Etc.
Possess strong experience in the following tasks:
Plumbing - sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains (snaking when applicable)
Electrical - replacing fixtures and switches, knowledge of proper safety protocol
Carpentry - patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinetry, light touch-up painting
Appliances - help with the installation of Washers and Dryers, stoves (when applicable), installing garbage disposals, small repairs
