Paint All Stars is Hiring for part time leading to full time Garage Floor Coating Installer Positions.
The job will consist of surface preparation and system application. Must have two years of experience in garages, driveways, patios, pool decks, and interior concrete floors. Painting skills are a plus!
A positive attitude, willingness to work, listen & learn, reliability, strong work ethic, attention to detail, respecting customers property are a few basic requirements of this position.
As part of the process, you will be operating hand grinders, floor grinders, vacuum systems, leaf blower and other tools.
This position is physically demanding, especially while working in the heat of summer! We typically work 2-4 days per week, so this is a Part-time position. You can earn bounce as a part time or full-time installer. Pay starts at $25/hr but will be reevaluated for increases. We are looking to retain people long term and would love to train from within to become a lead installer/crew manager which would lead to more benefits outside of pay as well.
