Responsibilities:
Prepare spaces for the next day by emptying trash, organizing furniture, and dusting surfaces
Sweep and mop floors to maintain cleanliness
Sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met
Clean and polish mirrors and windows for a sparkling finish
Preserve outdoor areas by watering plants, mowing lawns, and maintaining entrances
Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as replacing switches and fixing door handles
Promptly report significant damages and oversee repair processes
Assist with occasional custodial duties, including lifting heavy items and rearranging furniture
Requirements:
Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles
Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and proper handling of hazardous substances
Basic knowledge of landscaping and handyman practices is advantageous
Exceptional attention to detail and a conscientious approach to work
Physical fitness and ability to undertake strenuous tasks
High school diploma preferred, but not mandatory
