Looking for experienced lawn mainteance foreman to lead crew with TLC Total Lawn Care,
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently and safely operate all equipments and responsibilities as per job description for maintenance technician.
2. Accurately and professionally prepare report(s).
3. Able to communicate with his/hers crews efficiently, able to give specific orders and have good interpersonal skills.
4. Able to speak, write and comprehend the English language.
5. Responsible for the equipment of his trailer and van.
6. Maintain a neat and clean job site.
7. Maintain company trucks as requested.
8. To be knowledgeable in all areas of character set by TLC.
Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assists the Company in any necessary duties to achieve Company goals.
2. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Ability to advance to next level provided proficiency tests are completed successfully.
2. Ability to perform work effectively, efficiently and safely.
3. Able to maintain high quality properties while being on or near budget.
4. Responsible for final say so regarding quality assurance.
5. Able to instruct and oversee new employees as they complete each task.
6. Obey traffic rules, and be courteous.
7. Complete paperwork thoroughly, accurately and turn into office a the end of the day.
i.e. Customer Visitation Record, Property Time Sheet, Account Problems Sheet
8. Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Must be able to communicate with current management.
10. Must be able to manage crews.
11. Purchases supplies necessary for performance of personal or immediate work group’s job functions but only when given authority by account manager.
Physical Qualifications and Activities of the Position:
Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 of force constantly to move objects.
