We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Paving Foreman. The Foreman handles the flow of communication, supervising employees on site, scheduling, material control, and day-to-day direction of paving projects. Will work closely with Project Managers. This position is NOT an entry-level job, as it requires previous experience as a Paving Foreman. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred. Two + years of materials, maintenance and operation of equipment required with emphasis on asphalt and paving. Valid Florida driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required. Position requires constant physical effort, including standing for extended periods of time, stooping, bending, and crouching are required to perform key duties. Ability to lift and carry at least 45 pounds. Will be required to frequently walk on uneven surfaces, including natural ground in varying weather conditions. Must be able to climb on and off heavy equipment safely. Shift begins M-F at 6:00am. Normal shift is 8-10 hours. Must be able to work overtime, nights and weekends when needed.
