We are searching for an EXPERIENCED asphalt lute man who needs NO training. Applicants must have reliable transportation. Workdays start at 6:00am daily. Punctuality is a must. Position includes but not limited to shoveling, raking and leveling of asphalt. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Job requires the following motions: stretching, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, twisting, throwing, walking, standing, reaching and squatting. Must be able to perform heavy physical labor outdoors in all types of weather including extreme heat. Must be able to follow oral directions and follow paving protocols. Must maintain daily adherence to safety requirements and procedures.

Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8-, 10- and 12-hour shifts.
Overtime and weekend availability required.
Position is paid hourly with yearly bonus, raise and paid vacation.
