Permanent part-time position:
Front desk patient check-in, patient care, program advice, check out.
Patient file updates
Phone answering, appt. scheduling and coordinating
Open and closing duties
Capable of managing all office functions
Loves helping people, good with numbers and multitask oriented
23-25+ hrs per week
Monday and Tuesday 9-6
Wed 12-6
Saturdays 10-12
Some flexibility in schedule possible but Saturdays are mandatory
