Home Health Agency is recruiting licensed professionals for the following positions in Clay, Nassau and Volusia counties:
LPN staff for home health visits and treatments based on Plan of care.
RN staff to evaluate, assess, and develop plan of care for home health patients.
PT/OT/ST to evaluate and treat home health patients based on Physicians orders
Home Health Aide/CHA to provide care and services as part of care plan for home health patients
