76 year old woman with broken hip needs assistance with daily exercise activities, some chores, and possible overnight stays a few days a week.
Seeking someone who doesn't mind bathing or changing diapers, such as an former LPN or alternatively someone with 2 years experience working with elderly people is acceptable after small interview and slight training of applicable duties.
Female assistant preferred who's over 45 and understands elderly companionship needs, and has great people skills. An extra room in the house can be provided if need be for overnight assistance when the patient needs extra assistance.
No training is absolutely necessary, but helps ,. as we can teach someone all essential duties, if necessary.
-Slight duties include massage in affected area.
- walks around the neighborhood
- bathroom function assistance
- In and out of bed assistance
- cooking if you want- Mexican/Latino, Phillipino/Asian, or Southern Food dishes preferred by the elderly Patient.
- some overnight stays may be needed we pay for groceries
Foreign persons are ok as long as English is understandable.
