We are seeking elite professional members for our Short-term rentals (STR) team for properties in the Jacksonville Beach area:
Criteria:
Must have legal identification to work in the US
Must be 18 years old or older
Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Must enjoy cleaning with an eye for detail
Must be able to work weekends
Must have your own insured transportation
Must have your own cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
Must live within 15 miles of the Jacksonville Beach area
Must be able to start training within 1 week

There will be hands-on training for at least 3 cleanings and you will be scored and graded at the end. This will be paid training at $15/per hour. After the training, the cleanings will be paid at a flat rate of $20 per hour. Most cleanings take about 3 hours.
