Team Lead, Professional Services

Momentus Technologies is hiring a Professional Services Team Lead to join our AMER team.In this role, you'll lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality customer engagements across North and South America, driving time-to-value and customer satisfaction. You’ll work cross-functionally, coach team members, and help scale delivery operations in a high-growth SaaS environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team to deliver efficient and impactful implementation services that meet or exceed customer expectations.Ensure adherence to best practices and identify areas to improve delivery methodologies and tools.Oversee the health of all active AMER services projects—planning, tasking, risk management, and quality control.Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and Cloud Ops to deliver best-in-class customer solutions.Support services sales efforts including SOW creation, scoping, estimating, and client negotiations.Own and resolve delivery-related escalations with a focus on customer success.Ensure the team meets utilization, customer satisfaction, and financial performance targets.Coach and mentor team members, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of continuous feedback.Contribute to team capacity planning and department OKRs and strategic initiatives.
