This project is an 11 million dollar missile magazine project, expected to last for a duration of about 5 months, with the project slated to conclude by April 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the on-site team, overseeing subcontractor management, and documenting as needed. The role requires an individual who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.Hard Skills
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on base
Compliance with all safety procedures
Technological savvy
OSHA 30
Excel and Outlook experience
Concrete experience (preferred)
Experience with project size ranging from 8M and up (preferred)

The project is located in Jacksonville, Florida.
