Handle and route all incoming phone calls
Catalog, review, and dole out incoming mail according to specified procedures
Order office and kitchen supplies
Wield strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency
Look after various office files and provide general office filing support
Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support
Create a fantastic first impression for visitors
Support other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
Requirements
Qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree is preferred but a high school degree combined with previous administrative experience 1-2 years will be considered. Retail customer facing fast paced 1-2 years
Customer service skills
Ability to handle difficult customers
Phone skills
Ability to handle multi-line phone system
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Minimum clerical skills basic typing and computer skills
Ability to interact with management
